فإن رأى أنّه يصلي الظهر في وقت العصر، فإنّه يقضي دينه فإن رأى إحدى الصلاتين انقطعت عليه، فإنّه يقضي نصف الدين أو نصف المهر، لقوله تعالى: ” فَنِصْفُ مَا فَرَضْتُم “
